RULES OF THE COMPETITION
1st round Theme:
Option A: Happiness
Option B: (Your country name) – Past, Present & Future
Example: Malaysia – Past, Present, Future
Entry Deadline: Paintings should arrive at the organizer between
5th January, 2015 and 30th June, 2015
- Students from 4 to 18 years old can take part and will be divided into 3 categories: (4 – 8), (9 – 12) & (13 – 18) years.
- Each school must send at least 20 works.
- Paintings MUST be in A-3 size (420 x 297mm) either in horizontal or vertical format without framing.
- Each participant should send only one painting.
- Works should be in 2-dimensional and painting techniques are free.
- Awards: For each group, there will be 10 Gold Prizes, 20 Silver Prizes, 30 Bronze Prizes, 100 Honorable Mentions and 100 Certificates of Exhibition.
- 10 top schools will be selected to join the 2nd round on-site painting competition in Hong Kong in 2016. They will visit schools in Hong Kong and conduct art demonstrations. Organizer will provide sponsorship including air-ticket and accommodation. (The second best 10 schools are also invited to participate the on-site competition at their own expenses.)
